30 DAY RETURNS

If you have changed your mind, we will offer a refund or exchange on most items within 30 days of purchase.

Please note that change of mind returns will not be offered for goods either marked as clearance or reduced to clear, or is listed as excluded in the Returns Policy.

RETURN BY MAIL

Return by mail with Australia Post

Return via your local Australia Post post office , open Monday to Saturday.

To return with Australia Post, make sure your item:

  • Was purchased on parizhb.com.au
  • Meets the above returns conditions (unless the product does not meet the consumer guarantees)

How to return with Australia Post:

  1. Select your nearest state from the selection below. This will take you to the relevant Australia Post returns portal where you can add details of your return.
  1. Enter your order information to start the returns process – you will need to provide your Order ID and the email address used to place your order on myer.com.au.
  2. Select your reason for return using the drop down provided. Please note, a charge will be incurred on ‘change of mind’ purchases. If your return is due to change of mind, you will then be prompted to enter your payment details.
  3. Print and attach your returns label. If you do not have a printer, simply download the label and present the barcode at a participating Australia Post location, identified by the ‘printer symbol’, and the label will be printed for you.
  4. Drop your parcel at one of the 4,400 Australia Post drop-off locations close to you such as post offices, parcel lockers and red street posting boxes.

$12.20 fee applies for ‘Change Of Mind’ Australia Post drop-off.

  • Return is made within 30 days of purchase
  • Items must be unworn or in their original condition
  • You must provide proof of purchase
